Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with all original tags attached. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all lingerie, underwear, and bodysuits are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Eligible items for return include bralettes, robes, and sleepwear that have not been worn or washed.

How to Start a Return Email us at HerHustlesEnterprise@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right right away.

Shipping Costs Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
